Social Audit
A Social Audit is a way of measuring, understanding, reporting and improving an organisation's social and ethical performance. A Social Audit helps to narrow gaps between vision / goal and reality, and between efficiency and effectiveness. It is a technique to understand, measure, verify, report on and to improve the social performance of the organisation.

Social Auditing values the voice of stakeholders, including marginalised / poor groups. It measures social performance in order to achieve improvement as well as to report accurately on what has been done.
